2009

Jan 2009 - Bill and Shirley Warwick

Thank you! We've had a lovely week in a snug home from home. Fabulous weather - icy cold but bright blue skies and sunshine. We've explored the beautiful scenery particularly Worms Head. Nice walk from Kilgetty to Ferryside. Llansteffan Castle coastal walk and beach. Very invigorating. Caught train to Tenby.an 2009 -

Feb 2009 - Rumble-Morris family

Thank you for a very relaxed week. The owners are very hospitable, without being intrusive, the cottage warm and comfortable. Pembrey Country Park beach a must - especially for dogs, so huge it feels like you have it all to yourself! We intend to visit/stay at Trepartridge again.

March 2009 - Evitts-Thacker family

A really enjoyable week, a lovely cottage to make you feel at home. Loved the log fire and the peace and quiet! The beach and woodland walks at Pembrey Country Park are great and enjoyed by the dog. The "boys" (owners dogs) are so cute" We look forward to visiting again. Thanks for use of the field to let the dog run!

April 2009 - Dan, Deb, Lauren, Josh and Doodles the dog Gazzard

We have been very lucky with the lovely weather. Had a great time on the beach flying kites. Looking forward to coming back next summer.

May 2009 - Fred and Jill Scott, Darren Scott and Emma Brooks, Ian Scott and Jo Humphries

A lovely week. Everywhere you look there is a beautiful view and we had a relaxing time. Pembrey Country Park is wonderful, so big that even though lots of people are there, it's easy to find a qiet spot in the woods or on its glorious beach. Didn't get onto the tobogan run - have to do that when we come back. Coming from Nottingham, we're jealous of Kidwelly's castle. The Brecon Moutain Railway reminds you of what rail travel should be like - the romance of steam and hardly any slower than the buses on rails that other companies inflict on us. It was great to have the space for the dogs to run in. There's so much more we could mention, so much we didn't have time to do that we feel we have to come back very soon.

2008

July 2008 - Whitehouse family

We especially enjoyed the use of the log fire and barbeque. The cats are friendly, in particular the tortoise shell who loves to be cuddled like a baby and hide his head in a visitor's hand. The highlight of the trip were cycling in Pembrey Country Park, seeing the National Showcaves Centre at Dan-Yr-Ogof, climbing the Mumbles Head at the Mumbles (just outside Swansea) and visiting the delightful seaside town of Tenby with its maze of gift shops hidden behind the ancient town walls, great beach for swimming and breathtaking views from the Old Lifeguards House. It is such a shame that the holiday has to end and that we leave behind TrePartridge Cottage, the farm, the cats and Llanelli.

August 2008 - Gazard Family

We had a lovely time as always, hopefully back next year.

               - Gegg family

A good place to stay to explore the nearby sites and attractions. Despite the poor weather, the cottage made us feel at home!

Sept 2008 - Bush family

A brilliant place to stay for 10 days. There was plenty to do, we had something different every day and enjoyed the cycle routes to the Millennium Centre and Kidwelly Castle. Pembrey Country Park which was a short drive gave us lots to do skiing, toboggan, and the beach. We had two days at the Gower and Oxwich bay which was really nice. A great place to spend the holiday. We went to the Farriers two times, the food was fresh and homemade.

Sept 2008 - Mr & Mrs Perry

As a couple of OAP's we no longer require outdoor activities but mainly now, peace and quiet. This cottage has been the ideal place, comfortable and cosy. The weather has been poor throughout the summer in the UK generally, but nevertheless, we have had a very pleasant holiday.

Sept 2008 - Tucker family

Had a lovely week, the children enjoyed the garden and talking to the horses. Had a good time at the beach at Pembrey, play area and pony rides. Frank and Bennys New York Italian restaurant in Swansea good food and good with children. Swimming pool Swansea excellent. Kidwelly Castle good.

Oct 2008 - Gordon-Potts family

The Gordon-Potts came here to stay

One wet and windy damp Welsh day

We went to Pembrey Country Park

A great place where the dog did bark

Off to Carmarthen to the indoor market

One of a thousand cars, but we managed to park it

On Thursday we experienced the Millenium Coastal Park

We had great fun in the "big" mud bath

On Friday at Pembrey, we tried out the train

Surprise, surprise there was no rain

Saturday came and off to Kidwelly

A castle to see and chips for the belly

And then it was Sunday, to church we did go

To hear about God, who loves us all so
